Emotional Therapy

Emotional Therapy is a means of helping people who are suffering emotional turmoil in their lives, whether brought about by a crisis, a long term situation, persistent unhappiness, apathy, depression, difficulties in relating to others or just an inability to see how to change the way things are.

Emotional Therapists, using an emotional, spiritual and inner child model, assist and support their clients in acknowledging and healing suppressed emotional pain in a healthy and integrated manner. This brings individuals to a greater self knowledge and personal strength from which they can more effectively cope with, and enrich, their lives.

The process of Emotional Therapy differs from conventional counselling. Rather than using the mind to analyse, it works at a deeper level to heal the emotional wounds, and often unconscious inherited patterns, that drive an individual’s perception of themselves, others and the world.  This frees them to change their behaviour patterns and bring greater personal development into all areas of their life both private and professional.

QuotesI found the whole experience was a loving encounter. 'Interesting' doesn't describe it.  Maybe 'consciousness expanding' is closer to the mark.Quotes
